I went there with my mother-in-law and my wife looking for a lot of new appliances. We ended up getting a washer dryer, microwave stove refrigerator and I must tell you that management was top-notch. Everything was really, really professional. I enjoyed the experience and I would definitely go back. And have a large selection and again very helpful. Last year, I took my friend to Best Buy and Howard's to buy a washing machine. She ended up buying a machine at Best Buy. I was very impressed with Speed Queen product at Howard's. Last week my husband and I were sick with the flu when our 25+ year old washing machine broke and was irreparable. I called Howard's, spoke with Saleem who assisted with my purchase of the Speed Queen front load washing machine. Saleem was very knowledgeable and helpful. Had bad service at Best Buy. Went to Howard’s and got great service. Gave me space but were there when I needed. I think I got a good deal. Then with We Pay The Tax on Maytag and free shipping it became a better deal. I ended up getting a better quality upgrade for the same price.

We were looking for a refrigerator to fit in our 1950's small home. Our sales person, Scott Claypool was excellent. We went in with measurements of the old fridge, measurements of space it was going. He immediately asked a couple of questions and led us to our perfect item. The whole experience was wonderful!! It was our first but won't be the last. Thanks, Scott!
