I had reservations going to Howard’s to buy a new oven/microwave based on some not so good reviews. However, we started at Best Buy and that was really poor! Outstanding customer service by both Diane Dao and David Yousefi. Came in first about a week ago to get an idea of what was available and narrow down my picks. Diane was kind enough to get me quotes on two bundles from two different manufacturers. Came back today and was greeted by David who spent a lot of time with my husband and I reviewing the product features. 12/11/24 To Ben Gomez, Thank you so much for helping me with a speedy purchase of my two appliances yesterday (Refrigerator and Freezer) and allowing me to purchase the only remaining floor models so that I could have them before Xmas ! Otherwise I would have had to wait 6 weeks to get them and my family holiday would have been completely ruined. We were immediately greeted by Diane Dao as we walked into the store and quickly taken to the refrigerator section. The refrigerators that met our criteria were shown to us and we were able to make a quick decision. The purchasing process was quick and efficient. We were in and out of the store within 30 minutes at the most. Enjoyed working with Diane and would ask for her the next time we are in the store.

Orlando Mussolin at the Howard’s location in Huntington is the best. My wife and I recently moved and were in need of new fridge and washer/dryer. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and gave us a really good deal!
