Very nice staff member Dave. Warm, friendly, no pressure, and gave us space. He was attentive, and made us feel like family. We honestly would have purchased from him, but the store had very limited stock. Many of the models/options on display were not in fact available. The hand full that were available were not the best rated by consumer reports/the internet. They do next day delivery for free, but you have to complete the sale before 3pm the day before. I went to Howard's for a specific refrigerator I had seen online, but turns out I found an even better one. Mr. Edward was very helpful answering my questions and letting me take my time until I made my final choice. I didn't even know my Howard's card was so old I had to update it to use it 😅 Had it delivered a week a later since they were out of stock. Delivery guys came and took my old fridge and put in the new one. So pretty.
Had a great experience with Daniel & Sarkis buying a fridge and washer dryer after the Eaton Fire. I needed a really small washer dryer to fit in the new rental. I chose an Electrolux set to avoid all the internet connected electronics, but long story short, it had some issues. Sarkis helped me switch to an LG Wash Tower that I love. The delivery guys (a father & son team, Roberto & Chris) were so awesome, Sarkis let me request them to deliver the LG. I’d previously bought a washer before the fire from Best Buy. Ernesto was not a sales rep but was great helping us on the floor while looking at refrigerators. Grigor was great in helping with payment and delivery services.
Some of the products that are new but out of the box or display items don't have all the defects listed on them online (OfferUp). However, I did find something at a good price and I appreciate the help from Ernesto.
