Very nice staff member Dave. Warm, friendly, no pressure, and gave us space. He was attentive, and made us feel like family. We honestly would have purchased from him, but the store had very limited stock. Many of the models/options on display were not in fact available. The hand full that were available were not the best rated by consumer reports/the internet. They do next day delivery for free, but you have to complete the sale before 3pm the day before. My wife and I were treated like family by Sarkis Agajanian at Howard's. Sarkis was very nice and very helpful, knowledgeable of all of the products. I just wanted to express my gratitude to you for making our day a lot easier. Sarkis went above and beyond and accommodated us the best he could. As victims of the Eaton Fire, we are having to replace our entire home and this is all so emotionally and mentally exhausting. Sarkis made everything easy. Thank you for your attentiveness Sarkis.

I went to Howard's for a specific refrigerator I had seen online, but turns out I found an even better one. Mr. Edward was very helpful answering my questions and letting me take my time until I made my final choice. I didn't even know my Howard's card was so old I had to update it to use it 😅 Had it delivered a week a later since they were out of stock. Delivery guys came and took my old fridge and put in the new one. So pretty.

Experience here was amazing . We were helped by a man named Sarkis and another I didn’t catch the name of . They were both very helpful and made us as comfortable as possible , trying out mattresses and with the prices. 10/10 experience .

Had a great experience with Daniel & Sarkis buying a fridge and washer dryer after the Eaton Fire. I needed a really small washer dryer to fit in the new rental. I chose an Electrolux set to avoid all the internet connected electronics, but long story short, it had some issues. Sarkis helped me switch to an LG Wash Tower that I love. The delivery guys (a father & son team, Roberto & Chris) were so awesome, Sarkis let me request them to deliver the LG. I’d previously bought a washer before the fire from Best Buy.
