Had a great experience throughout the entire process! Jad in store was very helpful and showed me all available models that matched my preferences, gave genuine recommendations and want your typical pushy salesperson which I appreciated. Bought a set from him that day. As for delivery I couldn’t be happier! It’s nice that they have their own company delivery team instead of outsourcing so they know exactly what they’re giving you. Beautiful store with all the best brands and a knowledgeable staff. The best part of this store is the appliances are hooked up to gas and electricity so you can test out the items you like. Really impressive experience. They also price match--what's not to love about great selection, knowledgeable staff, and competitive prices!

DELIVERY & INSTALLATION was absolutely incompetent, multiple trips were made because they rushed through the first delivery and didn’t install it right, fast forward months later I’m still dealing with issues caused by installation. Get it right the first time to save everybody some trouble.

Alexis was a fantastic salesman and helped me with learning the operation of my new LG clothes washer. Marvin was a great installer and also made sure all was in working order. Howard's has a great inventory of many brands of appliances. I will go there for future purchases.
