I was impressed on the helpfulness of the salesman at Howard’s. He was efficient. Sent up the delivery within 2 days of the purchase. The delivery men were very clean, professional, and efficient. I would not hesitate to purchase from them again. On a side note. I had originally gone to Home Depot. They could not answer my questions and the person helping me had little knowledge of the appliances they were selling. .

Alexis was a fantastic salesman and helped me with learning the operation of my new LG clothes washer. Marvin was a great installer and also made sure all was in working order. Howard's has a great inventory of many brands of appliances. I will go there for future purchases.

I picked up a washer dryer set here. My salesperson Dawn was knowledgeable and honest about the things I needed versus more luxury options. She helped make sure I got a good deal and was fun to work with on the purchase.

Dawn made the experience unbelievably wonderful. No pressure, no upsell, and hassle-free. But she was just the beginning. After our purchase, Howard’s after purchase kicked in with notifications of when our appliance would arrive. Our appliance was set up on time as promised. I took the time to post reviews on Yelp and our neighborhood site. We’re still talking about our Howard’s experience.

Rudy was very helpful in helping me choose a new dryer. I appreciated his knowledge about the various machines. The experience was definitely positive. I would recommend Howards to my friends.
