Craig Bolton was my salesman and he was good to work with. I never felt pressured or hurried. I did purchase a new stove and am very pleased so far. It was a pleasant experience.
My wife and I stepped into Howard’s looking for a stackable washer and dryer after an unhelpful visit at Home Depot. We were greeted by Eric Conditt to help us find what we were looking for. He was outstanding! Very knowledgeable and super helpful all the way through our purchase. I strongly recommend anyone to work with him for your appliance needs.
The salesman was knowledgeable of the many brands of refrigerators and that made our choice so much easier. The showroom was clean and the choice of products was impressive and we will be returning customers for our appliance needs.
Upon entering the store, we received a very warm welcome from the owner. His store is very well organized , which makes it easier to shop at. The shopping experience there is so much better than the big box stores, and the prices are competitive. They even offer free shipping and removal on your old appliance. What are you waiting for? They delivered a defective washer. I returned to store to resolve the situation and until now 8 days later, they’ve been ignoring my request! I paid over $1,000.00 and I can’t even get it replaced! They’re trying to convince me that they can send someone there to fix it! Is this a joke???? I bought a brand new machine!!!! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY!
