We have been satisfied with appliances previously purchased at Howard's, so when we need a new refrigerator - we returned to Howard's. Our salesperson, DC Chu, was very helpful in narrowing down our choices. I chose a Frigidaire, free-standing, side by side. It was the perfect size for my husband and me. Two days later, my Frigidaire was delivered by the installers. Daniel and Kevin were very professional, friendly, and fast.
My purchasing of a new washer and dryer process began smoothly with an easy to talk to salesman. But it's completely downhill from there. Starting with delivery, the staff were very rushed and stated my plumbing needed work. The person who made that assessment also let me know that he was not an expert, and when we went downstairs to talk "the expert" he agreed without even seeing my unit or machine. My wife and I stepped into Howard’s looking for a stackable washer and dryer after an unhelpful visit at Home Depot. We were greeted by Eric Conditt to help us find what we were looking for. He was outstanding! Very knowledgeable and super helpful all the way through our purchase. I strongly recommend anyone to work with him for your appliance needs.
Craig Bolton was my salesman and he was good to work with. I never felt pressured or hurried. I did purchase a new stove and am very pleased so far. It was a pleasant experience.
They delivered a defective washer. I returned to store to resolve the situation and until now 8 days later, they’ve been ignoring my request! I paid over $1,000.00 and I can’t even get it replaced! They’re trying to convince me that they can send someone there to fix it! Is this a joke???? I bought a brand new machine!!!! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY!
